VKP lawyers drafted respective transaction documents and issued legal opinions in respect of compliance of the transaction with the applicable Ukrainian laws obligatory insurance customs and tax regulations international and Ukrainian aviation safety rules all necessary governmental regulatory and other relevant approvals and authorizations of Ukrainian civil aviation authority (Ukrainian CAA) proper aircraft documentation remedies against possible unauthorized alienation or liens against the aircraft

VKP also dealt with registration of mortgages with the State Register of Encumbrances of Movable Property and performed the necessary procedures within the framework of the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment for registration of AWAS interest in the International Registry of Mobile Assets.
